Hello, I am a food and lifestyle blogger, podcast host, freelance writer and entrepreneur.

I started making bath bombs and pillowcases for family, which evolved into a home-based business. I’ve expanded my empire to include: bath salts, kids bath bombs, shower steamers, bubble baths, oatmeal bath soaks, lip products, scrubs, hand salve, scar salve, foot care, essential oil roll-ons, spices, rimmers, repellent, natural cleaning products and gift baskets. My goal is to help customers relax, rejuvenate and reset.

I sell online and in-person, as well as at trade shows and various businesses.

Ingredients 

Below are ingredients I use in my products and some of their benefits.

Vitamin E Oil

Vitamin E oil helps lessen the appearance of scars and stretch marks, soothes itching and irritation, treats dry skin, reduces dark spots and has anti-aging properties.

Jojoba Oil

Derived from liquid produced in the seeds of the jojoba plant. This excellent oil can improve the condition of your skin by treating dandruff, acne, clogged pores, redness and sunburn.

Coconut Oil 

Coconut oil is an extremely diverse product; its deodorizing, antibacterial and moisturizing properties help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, redness, itching, and dry skin.

Almond Oil

Almond oil contains a myriad of nutrients that are great for the skin, including Vitamin A, which stimulates the production of new skin cells, Vitamin E, which offers antioxidant properties to prevent skin cell damage, zinc to heal acne and other facial scars, oleic acid which calms and soothes sensitive, irritated skin and omega-3 fatty acids which help prevent premature ageing and protect against sun damage. 

Shea Butter

This luxurious butter is a skin superfood. It is derived from the nuts of the shea tree. This fatty oil has recently gained huge popularity thanks to its many beauty benefits. It is packed with vitamins and fatty acids and is highly nourishing for the skin. Shea butter is an excellent moisturizer, anti-inflammatory, eases sunburn, treats acne, reduces wrinkles, restores elasticity, helps heal cracked heels and soften cuticles, is perfect in lip balm, and even helps treat razor bumps.

Cocoa Butter

This butter is extracted from the cacao bean, found inside pods that grow on the cacao tree. Cocoa butter has emollient properties. Due to its fatty acid content, it deeply hydrates the skin, preventing it from drying and peeling.

Epsom Salt

Magnesium sulphate is a chemical compound that consists of magnesium, oxygen, and sulphur. It is more calmly known as Epsom salt, named after the town in England where it was discovered. It has been used for hundreds of years to treat various ailments. This salt is excellent when used in the bath to detoxify, relieve information, for stress relief, ease the pain of sunburn and reduce foot odour.

Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan salt has benefits that may surprise you! It contains dozens of trace minerals that give it its rosy colour. It is one of the purest salts available. It helps your body detoxify, ease sore muscles, and is a natural exfoliant that will blast away dead cells for softer, brighter-looking skin.

Citric Acid

This organic compound exfoliates to rid skin of dead cells, promoting exfoliation. It helps to unclog pores and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and to even out skin tone and brighten, softens and smooth your skin. Citric acid also acts as a natural preservative in products.

Baking Soda

Baking soda contains anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. This makes it ideal for use in skin products to manage irritation, bug bites and mild rashes. Baking soda is used in products to help treat acne, uneven skin tone and dry, itchy skin.

Castile Liquid Soap

Castile soap gets its name from the Castilian region of Spain, where it was first created thousands of years ago. This plant-based soap is very versatile. It’s biodegradable and gentle on the skin but is a great cleanser. 

Witch Hazel

Witch hazel is made from the witch hazel plant and relieves inflammation and skin irritation. It acts as an astringent to help shrink pores. Witch hazel can help heal bug bites, cuts, and wounds.

Vegetable Glycerin 

Vegetable glycerine is a plant-based oil that moisturizes, reduces irritation, protects against infection and boosts wound healing.

Beeswax

Beeswax hydrates, conditions, soothes and calms the skin. Exfoliates, repairs damage, promotes skin regeneration, diminishes the appearance of the signs of aging, helps itchiness and irritation and creates a hydrating, long-lasting protective barrier against environmental pollutants.

Oatmeal

Oatmeal has been used since ancient Roman times to achieve soft, creamy skin. The anti-inflammatory benefits of oatmeal baths soothe dry, itchy and irritated skin. Oatmeal works as an exfoliant and has antioxidant and hydrating properties to combat cell damage.


Essential Oils

Essential oils are plant extracts made from flowers, leaves, and seeds. These oils provide various benefits, including: improved mood, lessened fatigue, stress relief, better sleep, reduced anxiety, nausea and headache management. Essential oils can provide relief from dry skin, as well itching from skin conditions and allergic reactions.
